- Support the sales team by optimizing data collection and providing detailed reports to the organization.
- Continue our team’s efforts to refine the Salesforce CRM to suit the company’s needs.
- Perform research and data analysis to aid in the efforts of our sales and marketing teams. findings to management.
- Use all data available in the Salesforce CRM to display company growth month-to-month. Communicate the following statistics in monthly deliverables:
- Sales data by restoration, location, partner involvement, lead source and conversion time.
- Leads by vehicle interest, location, source and conquest status.
- Website and social media analytics linked to lead growth.
- Continue to improve monthly reporting to include more insights helpful to the team.
- Represent the company during tours and events. Build deep understanding of Singer, its history and its future. Aid in the prospect and client journey as needed.
- Uphold company-wide data integrity in the Salesforce CRM.
- Convert Leads.
- File contracts and invoices in company database and on client-facing portal.
- Issue and track all cancellations. Remain in close correspondence with client-facing teams, production, finance and management about cancellation paperwork, processing and reporting status.
- Correspond with production and finance departments to align the commercial operations team on regular revenue status and cost needs
- Complete understanding of Excel- Employee should be able to create and edit pivot tables, set up Excel Macros, and use equations to combine data and perform statistical analysis.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM- Employee should be able to make necessary modifications and flow automations on Salesforce Setup.
- Experience using Tableau- Employee should be able to create and edit charts and graphs in Tableau to draw key insights for reporting purposes.
- Ability and willingness to master complex systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Bachelor’s Degree
