Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of process documentation and systems that help ensure consistent quality and efficiency in a manger that displays “Everything is Important”.
- This role has a primary focus on Issues Management Systems (IMS), implementation of legacy ECN/CI’s, supporting the Open-To-Go process, and assisting with cross-functional communication and documentation.
- The Program Specialist will be responsible for capturing and maintaining accurate information, ensuring that updates are implemented in a timely manner, and supporting the smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the development, maintenance, and updates of Issues Management Systems (IMS’s) and Open-To-Go process documentation.
- Lead IMS and Legacy ECN/CI implementation meetings that include scheduling, tracking, and implementation of open issues.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of program and process deliverables, ensuring timely updates and alignment with program schedules.
- Collect, review, and distribute updates to cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Maintain and monitor process trackers, logs, and documentation libraries, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- Help prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and status updates that communicate process health, risks, and progress.
- Act as a liaison between US-based teams and UK-based counterparts to ensure consistency in process updates and communication.
- Support issue tracking and escalation, ensuring that updates are properly documented and communicated through established processes.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to measure process effectiveness and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to small-scale improvement projects and process initiatives with a focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Who We’re Looking For:
- The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that processes, documentation, and deliverables remain aligned with company expectations. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment where “Everything is Important.”
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) or more years of related experience in engineering, or related field
- Automotive experience
- DFSS or similar issue resolution methodology experience
- Project management experience
- Bonus points for experience with Porsche air-cooled vehicles and engineering
Location & Schedule:
This is an onsite position in Torrance, CA. Earlier hours may be needed sometimes for calls with the UK-based team.

The starting salary range for this position is between $72,461 - $90, 576 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
