Product Experience Coordinator
Under direct supervision, the Product Experience Coordinator with the Singer team will work closely with Client Experience and After Sales to ensure that newly reimagined vehicles are ready for delivery. This individual will coordinate photoshoots, install new vehicle delivery kits, and ensure cars are ready for delivery or transport. The Product Experience Coordinator will work with the After Sales team to ensure freshly serviced vehicles are up to the same standards while working in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”
Essential Functions
- Prepares vehicles for final mile delivery by ensuring all interior & exterior transport paint, wheel and trim protection is in place.
- Documents the condition of all vehicles as they enter and leave our facilities, uploading and maintaining a digital database.
- Packs and prepares delivery kits according to their global destination.
- Works with Parts & Procurement to ensure all relevant delivery kit and transport inventory is correctly assigned and in spec.
- Coordinates the delivery and/or shipping of kits and other items as needed with Shipping & Receiving.
- Schedules and attends photo shoots as required with Client and Product Experience Teams.
- Works with Client Experience and After Sales to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Ensures workflow is tracked and on time through daily meetings.
- Works daily tasks lists set out by management.
- Reports any issues, delays, and all non-conformances to Supervisor and ensure correction in a timely manner.
- Fits and finishes components onto vehicles necessary for transport and client handover.
- Assists in special projects and team members as required.
- Manages the storage and status of Singer and client vehicles at both on & off-site locations.
- Prepares vehicles as needed for Marketing or Event purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education and/or Experience
- Two (2) years of related work experience in an automotive, restoration, vehicle manufacturing, and/or vehicle assembly environment.
Compensation
The starting pay range for this position is between $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
