Summers Rubber Company is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy
• Pull and stage customer orders and internal transfers
• Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
• Receive inventory and ensure proper storage and organization
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Package products to ensure quality and safe delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
