Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) is a full-service distributor, fabricator, and field service provider specializing in industrial conveyor systems. We support critical operations across industries like aggregate, mining, pulp & paper, cement, and power generation—where uptime isn’t optional.
We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical solutions that keep our customers running.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business while growing existing accounts across your territory
- Call on plant managers, maintenance teams, and operations leaders
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate with internal teams
- Sell a mix of products, services, and on-site support—not just parts
- Be present in the field—plants, job sites, and customer facilities
- Act as a trusted resource, not just a vendor

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial or technical outside sales (conveying, aggregates, heavy industry, or similar)
- Solid working knowledge of conveyor systems and components
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Someone who can earn trust in demanding, production-driven environments
