Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) provides conveyor products, fabrication, and on-site service to industries like food processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing.
We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative who can manage a high-activity territory—developing new business, supporting existing customers, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and uptime.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Work with operations, maintenance, and purchasing teams
- Recommend conveyor components, systems, and service solutions
- Manage multiple opportunities and shorter sales cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive, accurate solutions
- Be active in the field and responsive to customer needs

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B outside sales (industrial, packaging, material handling, or related field preferred)
- General knowledge of conveyor systems or mechanical components
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
