We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in keeping orders, projects, and communication on track.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers by providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating service work
- Work closely with outside sales, field teams, and vendors to ensure jobs are executed smoothly
- Manage incoming calls and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
- Track orders from quote to completion—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with scheduling, materials, and logistics for upcoming jobs
- Identify opportunities to support customers with additional products or services
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
- Relationship-focused and team-driven
- A mix of coordination, problem-solving, and light sales
- Fast-moving, with multiple priorities throughout the day
- Not cold calling
- Not a sit-back-and-wait role
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar support role (industrial experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers, systems, and order entry
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
