Job Summary:
This full-time position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in hydraulic and industrial hose assembly, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position will be located at our customer location in Mill Hall, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
- Manage inventory, including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
- Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
