This role provides direct oversight of Regional Controllers and ensures consistency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations across approximately $750M in annual revenue and growing.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight
- Directly manage and mentor Regional Controllers.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex accounting and operational issues.
- Drive accountability, performance standards, and professional development.
- Represent Finance Operations in cross-functional meetings.
- Financial Close, Reporting & Controls
- Own the monthly and annual close process across all regions.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial statements.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity and reconciliation processes.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory inquiries as required.
- Standardization & Process Improvement
- Standardize accounting policies and financial reporting across regions.
- Lead process improvement and scalability initiatives.
- Partner on ERP optimization and system enhancements.
- Develop repeatable forecasting and job costing frameworks.
- Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis
- Oversee regional forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Review and challenge assumptions, variances, and trends.
- Deliver consolidated insights highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
- Support M&A integration and organizational growth initiatives.
- Ensure finance operates as a proactive business partner.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 10–15 years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing multi-region or multi-entity organizations.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and close processes.
- Strong systems aptitude (ERP, reporting tools, data governance).
- Experience in a $500M revenue environment.
- Background in operationally complex, project-based businesses.
- ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.
