We are now inviting suitable candidates to apply for the position of

Administrative/Accounts Associate

Salary: starting at $22.73/hour and depends upon suitability

Major Duties

 General administrative tasks

 Work with spreadsheets (Excel), record keeping

 Work with external stakeholders such as vendors and internal staff on

administrative/accounts-related matters

 Verify vendor invoice payment requests

 Verify vendor invoices for payment processing

 Assist with vendor creation and update

 Help to prepare and monitor budgets

 Help to prepare administrative/accounts reports

 Provides the highest quality of service to support Sales & Marketing Teams on a timely

basis. Administrative duties to include report generation, sales activities support

(including but not limited to ADM investigation, sales event preparation,

contract/renewal preparation, giveaway sourcing, quotation exercises, IPR preparation,

Discount Authority (DA) and eFRA preparation).

 Any other projects and tasks assigned by VPE.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Strong attention to detail

 Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

 Knowledge and previous usage of SAP system is an asset, but is not mandatory

 Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping or business record and

administration is helpful, but not mandatory

 Willing to learn and adaptable

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.73 - $34.15 per hour
