As a key member of our leadership team, the Operations Manager will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to ownership in setting and executing company goals.
- Lead and manage the operational rhythm of the business, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Establish and refine construction management systems, processes, and performance metrics.
- Ensure seamless communication between project teams, trades, clients, and leadership.
