- Inspect job sites regularly to verify schedule accuracy, trade partner performance, and workmanship standards.
Leadership & Culture Expectations

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Field Managers. Address performance gaps early and professionally.
- Encourage ongoing professional development-GC License, technical training, continuing education.
- Anticipate problems before they surface-build plans, not reactions.
- Hold the bar high. Be visible. Set the tone.
Skills & Competencies Needed to Win Here
- Strong leadership presence-you set expectations clearly and follow through.
- Excellent communicator-comfortable delivering both updates and accountability conversations.
- Strategic forecaster-always working 30-90 days out, with margin and schedule in mind.
- Strong business acumen-understands production impact on financial performance.
- Organized and process-driven-operates with systems, not just intuition.
- Skilled in client communication, expectation-setting, and maintaining trust during tough conversations.
