We’re looking to add a Full-Time LVN to our team!
Seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate LVN to work both in the office and in the field. Responsibilities will include office support, patient coordination, quality assurance (QA) activities, chart review, and skilled nursing field visits.
Home health experience is preferred, especially with documentation and QA processes, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn.
