What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Team Member (FOH + Barista) position at Sincerely, Bagel?
Sincerely, Bagel is located in the Kerns neighborhood in Portland, OR. We are a small but busy bagel shop looking for an experienced team member. We are open Wed-Monday.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, orders, and menu recommendations
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Must have the ability to QUICKLY and ACCURATELY prepare orders in a timely fashion, especially when the shop is busy with a sense of care and urgency
- Experienced sandwich maker who strives to execute quality work
- Package bagels with care, ensuring presentation meets our standards
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure product availability and/or workflow efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer service, packaging, and food preparation areas
- Must be able to dial in espresso grinder; previous experience with specialty coffee is preferred
- Previous experience making syrups, seasonal drinks is a plus
- Can accurately follow and perform open and close procedure
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, friendly, reliable, positive attitude
- Help out with various responsibilities as needed (dish washing, light prep, etc.)
- Multnomah County Food Handlers permit
- Consistent work ethic and willingness to learn new things
- Must be able to stand on feet for extended period of time
- Must be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs
