Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant located in Pella, IA. The Physician Assistant will be a valued team-mate and will be responsible for providing high quality, evidence based, whole person care in an urgent care setting with nursing, IV, radiology suite and on site lab support. We want our customers to feel seen, heard and valued. We want everyone through our doors to experience a "new mood" in health care. This is not just another U.C. "gig." We have been gifted with healing hands and we want to steward that gift well. Additionally, the Physician Assistant have unlimited access to owner/physician; you will not feel alone.
Qualifications
- Patient Care and Clinical Assessment skills
- Ability to conduct physical exams and diagnose illnesses
- Experience in ordering and interpreting diagnostic lab tests and xrays
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but owner/physician has experience training P.As
