Role Title: Temenos T24 Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Engineer to join the client-side technology team of a global banking institution. This role involves working closely with system integrators and vendors, ensuring quality delivery of T24-based solutions, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Work as part of the client-side technology team supporting Temenos T24 platform initiatives
Review and validate vendor deliverables, code, and solution designs
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Technical Responsibilities
Participate in T24 implementation, customization, and integration activities
Work on modules such as Accounts, Payments, Loans, Deposits, or Treasury (depending on experience)
Support TAFJ / TAFC environments and related development frameworks
Oversee integrations with upstream/downstream banking systems
Governance & Coordination
Act as a bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore/vendor teams
Monitor delivery timelines, risks, and quality benchmarks
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience
Technical
6 12 years of experience in Temenos T24 (Transact)
Strong understanding of core banking systems and architecture
Experience with TAFJ / TAFC / jBase
Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware
Functional
Exposure to banking operations (retail/corporate)
Experience in implementation or transformation programs
Language
English Business proficiency (mandatory)
Spanish Business proficiency (preferred / strong advantage)
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to challenge vendors constructively and ensure delivery quality
Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with US or LATAM banking clients
Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven environments
