We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager based in Englewood, Ohio, to lead and deliver key PCBA-related projects.The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, resource management, schedule control, and budget oversight. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will define project scope and objectives, ensure strict compliance with project plans, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes that support business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional resources including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials based on project requirements to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues proactively, and safeguard project plans and goal attainment.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets; monitor costs related to materials, tooling, fixtures, testing, and resources to ensure alignment with budget and customer expectations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams and end customers, including regular status updates, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Timeline Management: Create and oversee project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Project Documentation: Maintain complete and organized project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
- Experience: 3 years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Leadership: Experience leading and motivating project teams, with the ability to resolve conflicts and ensure team collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions.
- Budgeting Skills: Experience managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role primarily operates in a professional office environment with standard working hours that may require occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. There will be occasional exposure to the shop environment.
