What You’ll Do
- Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and culinary standards
- Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, roasted and braised items
- Work across multiple cook stations while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Collaborate with Chefs and culinary team members to execute service successfully
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations and guest experience
- Support dishwashing and kitchen operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, healthcare, or similar environment preferred
- Ability to read recipes and follow preparation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
