Sinai Residences is seeking a part-time Concierge-  Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, shift is flexible during the week

We need you to join our team:
Sinai Residences is seeking a service-driven Concierge who will provide five-star hotel quality concierge service to our residences and one who understands the worth of superb customer service. A successful candidate will have a confident personality, an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, enjoy networking with residents, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). In addition, should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel selections, and entertainment scenes.

In addition, as a concierge, you will proactively anticipate the needs of the resident and offer quick solutions. Personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of the resident.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years of hospitality or Customer Service experience, strongly preferred.
• Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry are desired.
• Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas, strongly preferred.
• Awareness of cultural events
