Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families regarding non-clinical matters.
- Log, track, and follow up on all resident concerns and requests, ensuring they are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff from various departments (e.g., dining, housekeeping, maintenance, activities).
- Provide personalized assistance, such as coordinating personal appointments, arranging transportation, and facilitating special requests.
- Proactively engage with residents to gauge their satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence at all times, greeting all visitors and residents with warmth.
- Maintain a detailed log of all interactions and requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or public relations role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
