Carpenter Helper/Laborer

Sinai Builders is a small business custom home remodeling and addition company seeking a highly motivated and reliable Carpenter Helper/Laborer to join our team. We perform interior/exterior remodels and additions. Our goal at Sinai Builders is to make our customers home a place they love to live.

Candidate should have 1-2 years minimum prior experience in residential construction. Be able to adhere to directions and work in a team environment or independently at times. This is also a great opportunity to advance your skills of construction trades on the job.​​​

Responsibilities for Skilled Laborer/Carpenter:

• Clean up and set up of tools and equipment on construction sites, keeping a clean and safe job site.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Digging trenches/footers, compacting, backfilling and mixing/pouring concrete.
• Adhering to instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.​
• Framing Walls and Roofs
• Installation of Roofing and Siding
• Drywall Installation/Finishing
• Application of Interior/Exterior Painting and Coatings
• Finish Carpentry
• Installation of Flooring Materials (wood, tile, lvp)
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
