Position: Wireless Sales Associate (Retail Sales)
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with new phone activations, upgrades, accessories, and wireless plans
- Recommend the best phones, plans, and services based on customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service in a retail sales environment
- Meet sales goals and support team performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing, and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in mobile phones and wireless technology
- Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Weekend and holiday availability
