Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service - Deliver clear, friendly, and patient support to end users
- Problem Solving - Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 hardware, software, network, and end user issues, identify root causes, and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.
- User Account Management - Support onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and identity management tasks
- Endpoint Deployment - Assist with deploying new endpoints by imaging devices, installing required applications, and preparing systems for use
- Networking Support - Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate when appropriate
- Server Support - Assist in making minor configuration changes, managing permissions, and assisting other team members with routine changes
- Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A strong desire to continuously expand technical skills through hands-on experience and self driven learning
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous IT support experience
- Foundational understanding of enterprise networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
