What You’ll Do
As the Services Business Operations Administrator, you’ll serve as the connective tissue across our services organization—ensuring that contracts, purchase orders, and project data are all aligned and accurately processed. You’ll be an integral part of supporting our services teams by keeping our systems sharp, our invoices on time, and our customer interactions seamless.
Lead and Support Key Business Operations
- Manage the full order process for services—from initial PO review to invoice delivery.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurate and aligned with contractual requirements and approved proposals.
- Create and follow up on invoices for services projects.
- Track accounts receivable, collections, and coordinate customer payment terms.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and engineering to collect data inputs for successful execution.
Maintain Financial Accuracy and Compliance
- Understand and apply internal policies and procedures to all transactions.
- Assist in reconciling financial statements and understanding AR/AP aging.
- Monitor project financials and invoice timing to support business cash flow.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- 1 years of experience in sales administration or support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales or business operations support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience with business contracts and invoicing best practices.

Pay range: $62,500 – 70,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
