- Facilitates the setup of facilities for interscholastic athletic contests. Specifics will vary by sport and may include corner flags, nets, public address systems, scoreboard controls, bleachers, chairs etc.
- Oversees and assists with coordinating the scanning or fan tickets using our online ticketing system.
- Assists the Director of Athletics with site supervisor duties, working with or in place of the athletic director to be the school representative responsible for handling any issues that may arise during the contest.
- Acts as the point person in implementing the Simsbury High School emergency action plan when necessary.
- Supervises the student section if necessary.
- Performs other duties that are consistent with the nature of the position and as may be requested by the Director of Athletics.
