Role Overview
Join our school in Massachusetts as a Montessori Assistant / Classroom Environment Preparer for the Toddler Community (15 months – 3 years). This role is designed for a native Spanish-speaking professional dedicated to supporting the 0–3 developmental plane within an authentic immersion setting. In this vital role, you will work closely with the Lead Guide to maintain order, cleanliness, and harmony within the prepared environment.

Our program is strictly centered on a prepared environment and purposeful work. We utilize real materials to foster independence and discipline, operating without the use of toys or fantasy. You will be part of a support team comprised entirely of native Spanish-speaking Montessori professionals.
Candidate Requirements
We are currently prioritizing native Spanish speakers who hold U.S. citizenship or legal residency.
- Certification & Training: Montessori Assistant Certificate (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) or background in early childhood development is preferred (EEC certification is a plus, but not required to apply).
- Expertise: Passion for the 0–3 age group, strong observational skills, proactive classroom care, and ability to partner with the Lead Teacher.
- Status: Established permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
