Responsibilities
- Collecting and reviewing client-provided information
- Entering data accurately into our Agency Management System
- Following documented procedures and workflows
- Identifying missing or unclear information and escalating appropriately
- Supporting senior service team members with administrative tasks
- Maintaining organized & up-to-date records
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong written & spoken communication skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and multiple screens
- Prior administrative, data entry, or operations experience preferred
