School Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• A reasonable degree of proficiency in typing.
• A working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office

                   equipment and machines  

• Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments, and

       directs or assists them to the proper person.

• Answers office telephones and responds appropriately to requests for                        

                   information

Terms of                                

Employment:              One hundred eighty (180) days per year

                                    Seven Hours per Day
