Account Manager – Sales Support
We have an immediate need for a Account Manager in Crestview, FL market. Activities will be a blend of both inside and outside sales support, customer service, relationship support to the builders, development and management. Our customer base is focused primarily on the professional builder, which may range in scale from small to large production builders. Essential Functions

- Perform all job duties with a safety mindset and drive the safe operation of customer visits to a facility.
- Lead contact with assigned customer sites.
- 3 Years of 2020 Design and Estimating Jobs
- 3 years experience in cabinetry sales
- 3 years of experience in sales project management with kitchen and bath design
- Stone, laminate and solid surface industry experience a must
- Excellent Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to frequently follow-up with builders, customers, job-site installations, and internal managers to ensure job completion.
- Excellent project management skills, with emphasis on driving sales order to completion.
- Secondary education in design, architecture, construction management or business preferred.
- Stone, laminate and solid surface industry experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills: order entry systems, e-mail, file retention, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Meet with customers for granite lay-outs as necessary.
- Perform post-template reviews as necessary.
- Hand off clean orders to the Production Scheduler and Production team.
- Communicate with the customer on status of sale and cost. Participate in problem resolution with Production and the Service Coordinator as necessary.
- Support accomplishment of goals within the sales plan.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Work Environment
This position operates in an office, warehouse, fabricating, and construction site environment. The team member is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work area can be loud.
Travel
This position requires some travel within Northwest Florida for site inspections only.
Required Education and Experience
- Secondary education in design, architecture, construction management, or business preferred.
- 3 years of experience in order entry and customer service, preferably in retail or the building material industry.
- Stone industry experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills: order entry systems, e-mail, file retention, Microsoft Office.
