Sales Design

Sims-Lohman is an established cabinet and counter-top company, headquartered in Cincinnati, with approximately 700 team members, and enjoying growth in the Midwest and Southern states.

We are currently accepting resumes from Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design for our North Canton team at our Canton Sims-Lohman location.

In addition to cabinet sales and our local distribution network, we fabricate granite, quartz, solid surface, laminate and cultured marble counter-tops. Our client base is focused on the professional builder, ranging in scale from large production builders to renowned custom builders and re-modelers.

Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design Representatives perform the following activities:

• Design and Estimating of Kitchen and Bathrooms for new or existing clients
• Develop new business through networking and prospecting
• Order entry and customer service follow-up
• Project management with builders and remodelers
• Job-site installation monitoring and follow-up

Job Requirements

• 3 years experience sales, design, and customer service experience within the cabinetry industry. Actively selling cabinets with a book of business a plus.
• Ability to source and maintain new and existing business
• 20/20 experience required
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to lead a project
• Skilled proficiency in spreadsheets and word documents
• High energy in demonstrating a passion for the customer
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
