Crane Operator

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Requires NCCCO crane certification, Class A CDL

· We prefer experience running AND driving up to (and possibly over) 250 ton cranes with boom dollies as well as experience driving tractor-trailers.

· Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly. Understanding of how operated machine works. Conduct quality checks periodically.

· Proficiency with company’s HRIS (ADP) and talent management software and systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Experience in a unionized environment, preferred.

· Experience implementing new payroll and HRIS systems, preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

· Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Physical/Working Requirements:

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

The starting salary for this position will be established commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Compensation based on experience.
