- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set in repairs and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction practices
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics with ease
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing) are a plus but not mandatory
