JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, IT Delivery leads end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services supporting the Firm’s Client Development & Engagement (CDE) (marketing / business development) and Real Estate & Workplace functions. This role aligns technology roadmaps to business strategy, establishes measurable outcomes, and ensures delivery is executed with strong governance and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities span platform strategy, integrations, and data quality and governance across enterprise capabilities such as CRM, digital communications, analytics and reporting, workplace applications, and related tools.

The individual serves as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery leadership. They drive cross-functional execution across IT, business teams, and third-party vendors, and provide technology leadership for their functions.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Delivery and Execution

  • Partner with CDE business stakeholders to define a MarTech roadmap (e.g., CRM, CMS, marketing automation, email/digital communications, campaign operations, etc) that supports measurable growth and client engagement.
  • Own delivery across a portfolio of programs and platform enhancements, managing interdependencies, proactively mitigating risks/issues, and ensuring smooth releases for all activities.
  • Lead delivery governance (status, budget, scope, resourcing, and controls) and ensure teams follow firmwide PMO and change management standards, including privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment

  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned functions and IT, translating CDE, and Real Estate & Workplace priorities into scalable solutions, clear backlogs, and delivery plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure alignment, and establish target outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between functional strategies and IT initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, improved data quality, integration, analytics, and user experience, across the MarTech and Real Estate ecosystems.
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule across all IT tasks

Issue Resolution and Operational Excellence

  • Serve as an escalation point for platform and integration issues (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data feeds, workplace applications) and drive timely resolution in collaboration with internal IT teams and vendors.
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors and platform partners, including roadmap planning, contract/SLA performance, and delivery quality for supported systems.
  • Ensure all systems meet security, technology, cloud, and other standard compliance by partnering with the other IT teams.
  • Partner with IT support teams to ensure that technology solutions are delivered with high performance, performance and end-user satisfaction.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10–15 years of IT experience with significant focus on Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms, digital communications, and/or customer/client engagement capabilities
  • Law Firm Background a plus but not necessary
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to productively challenge status quo.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven history of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Ability to guide stakeholders from concept to delivery, turning ideas / needs into actionable technical requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading global technology solution implementations.
  • Experience applying analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM (e.g.,Dynamics), marketing automation, email/digital communications, CDP/segmentation, web analytics, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform; Real Estate & Workplace systems (e.g., space/occupancy tools) a plus
  • Agile mindset & design thinking approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
  • Proven success managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced driving alignment in global environments.

Salary Information

NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000 at the time of posting.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
