NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for enterprise integration architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and automation workflows.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable integration solutions across internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and infrastructure teams to define integration requirements and translate them into technical and architectural standards.
- Manage and mentor integration engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development support.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity. Ensuring best practices and documentation standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy.
- Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production readiness reviews for integration solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration tools, platforms, and architecture to align with business and technology roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
Skills and Experience
- 10 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related technical roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Solid understanding with SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to lead teams, influence technical direction, and collaborate across functions.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
