We’re seeking a driven, outgoing Regional Project Manager to lead estimating, sales growth, and operational execution across a defined territory. This role blends relationship-based sales with hands-on project oversight and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional estimating and bidding ($6M per month) with a focus on increasing win rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors through consistent outreach and in-person meetings
- Confidently take clients to lunch, dinner, or for a drink to strengthen relationships and grow business
- Expand company presence in emerging markets and secondary cities
- Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and quality control using Procore and internal reporting tools
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for sales, operations, and financial performance
- Mentor field leadership and ensure company standards for safety, quality, and productivity are met
