The firm's litigation team handles significant and challenging cases across federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide.
What They Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of general commercial litigation experience
- Top academic credentials and JD from an accredited law school
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence
- Strong motion practice: motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Experience managing all aspects of discovery including e-discovery strategy
- Deposition experience (taking and defending)
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Illinois bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
$235,000 - $305,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Full benefits package including health coverage, paid parental leave, retirement planning, and hybrid working.
