What you’ll do

You'll deliver high-quality legal services in connection with complex, global capital markets transactions. This includes advising on securities offerings, compliance matters, and strategic acquisitions, where your expertise will be critical to shaping outcomes.

Working closely with senior legal minds, you’ll refine your skills in structuring and negotiating high-stakes deals, positioning yourself for future promotions and increased responsibility.

What you’ll need

• A JD (conferred before 2022), providing a strong foundation for advanced legal work.
• Substantial experience in Capital Markets & Securities within an AmLaw ranked practice, so you’re familiar with high-level legal frameworks and client expectations.
• NY Bar, in good standing
• Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly, ensuring clients can make informed decisions.
