Simpson is looking for a Maintenance Tech II to join our dynamic and seasoned team. 1. General Maintenance:

   • Conduct routine inspections of community facilities and grounds.
   • Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
   • Address resident requests for maintenance promptly and efficiently.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

   • Implement scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
   • Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities.

3. Emergency Response:

   • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
   • Assess and resolve urgent maintenance problems to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

4. Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and execute tasks.
   • Collaborate with various departments to address specific maintenance needs.

5. Documentation:

   • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
   • Report any significant findings or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

6. Safety Compliance:

   • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure living environment for residents.
   • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician II or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
