The Customer Marketing Specialist cultivates enthusiastic customer advocates—mobilizing them to share their experiences through channels like Google, G2, and other key review platforms.
What You’ll Do
- The design and execute strategies that spark customer excitement and amplify our brand reputation, making it easy and rewarding for users to become vocal champions.
- Develop and execute customer communication strategies.
- Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey.
- Own the planning and execution of customer-specific events.
- Manage sponsorship opportunities for customer and industry events.
- Own and optimize the customer review strategy.
- Launch campaigns to generate new customer reviews.
- Collaborate to identify and develop customer advocates and case studies.
- Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally and track program performance.

- 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related B2B marketing role with proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
- Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to work with global stakeholders.
