Job Summary: 

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician who is professional, organized, and focused on delivering a 5-Star customer experience. This position will go into our clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance as needed. This is a full-time position. Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Perform HVAC related service requests for single-family homes while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures. 

• Maintain proper levels of inventory related to HVAC supplies, tools, and parts. 

• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. 

• Ensure all workplace safety standards and practices are always upheld, including but not limited to EPA and OSHA regulations. 

• Must always possess a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years. 

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization. 

• Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

• Proficiency with Windows and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 

Education and Experience: 

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required 

• Current and up to date EPA license required. 

• Minimum 3 years’ Experience in residential HVAC service preferred. 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: 

• Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
