Job Summary
- Participate in Minnesota's leading adherent DBT program certified by the Department of Human Services (DHS)
- Design and implement treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs
- Carry a caseload of both DBT and Outpatient Therapy clients
Responsibilities
- Be part of a DBT Consultation team
- Participate in all components of adherent DBT treatment
- Attend monthly trainings facilitated by DBT teammates
- Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
- Provide high-quality ongoing therapy with patients
- Help lead weekly DBT Groups
- Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records
- Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations
- Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP)
- Open to considering unlicensed candidates depending on experience
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required
