Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. This is a role ideal for experienced in-home sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for closing company-provided leads as well as generating your own leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations for homeowners seeking window and door solutions
- Close sales on company-provided (in-house) leads
- Generate self-sourced leads through referrals, canvassing, networking, and other prospecting methods
- Build rapport and educate customers on product options, pricing, and financing
- Measure windows and assess project scope accurately
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals
- Follow up with prospects to close pending deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- 1 year of proven experience in in-home sales, home improvement sales, or a similar closing role
- Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Phoenix area
- Ability to generate self-sourced leads in addition to working company-provided leads
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology
Compensation
- High earning potential with no cap on compensation
- Competitive commission structure on both company-provided and self-generated leads. Commission percentages up to 20%

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
