Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The specialist will assist clients with service-related questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing campaigns and projects. Daily activities include documenting interactions, maintaining customer records, following up on open requests, and helping improve overall customer experience. The role also involves supporting sales and account management teams by relaying customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
