Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Laundry Folding Assistant, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our laundry operations running smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for 2 individuals to work one day a week on either Monday evenings or Tuesday mornings (flexible based on your schedule) to complete wash and fold laundry services. The position would be a roughly 4 hour shift. Pay is $15 an hour. This position would be a team position.
Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and textiles efficiently
- Fold, organize, and bag clients laundry.
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including equipment sanitation and organization.
Requirements
- Prior experience in laundry services, hotel laundry operations, or similar setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, and folding.
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality control
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
