Chiropractic Assistant

Simply Southern Chiropractic Center is seeking a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care and help our clinical team deliver outstanding service. This role involves assisting with therapies, coordinating patient flow, and helping maintain a professional, friendly environment. You must be energetic, dependable, and ready to learn. Extensive on-site training is provided. Ability to work at both Greenville and Greer locations is required; offices are located 10 miles apart.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chiropractors with therapies and hands-on patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
• Educate patients on therapies and basic wellness care
• Manage patient flow and coordinate with front desk staff
• Support with light administrative tasks when needed
• Maintain accurate records in EMR
• Provide warm, professional interactions with every patient

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Personable, self-motivated, and coachable
• Comfortable multitasking in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Apple computers and willingness to learn new systems
• Commitment to patient-centered care and chiropractic philosophy
• Must be team-oriented and willing to be cross-trained

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or fitness setting
• Background in health science, kinesiology, or anatomy

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturday work hours are non-negotiable)

Additional Information:

• Position based in Greer office; must be able to work at Greenville location as needed
• Occasional travel required for staff development
• Initial training will take place on Mondays during the first 6 to 8 weeks of employment to set new team members up for success
• This role includes cross-training to assist with hands-on patient care when necessary. We work as a team and support each other to provide the best patient experience possible.
• This is a hands-on clinical position, not a front desk or receptionist role.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
