Junior Sales Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our Hillside, NJ office.

This is not a position where you’ll simply sit behind a desk. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day sales process, communicating with customers, following up on leads, presenting products, helping develop accounts, and identifying new opportunities to grow sales.

You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and customer service teams while gaining firsthand experience in how products are sold and distributed to retailers.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers

• Prospecting and following up with potential accounts

• Presenting new products and programs to customers

• Following up on orders and sales opportunities

• Visiting local customers when needed

• Maintaining customer information and sales reports

• Working closely with operations and customer service

• Learning our products, customers, and the wholesale food industry

• Helping identify new ways to grow accounts and increase sales

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills

• Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers

• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups

• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, spreadsheets, and sales reports

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company

• Must be able to work on-site in Hillside, NJ

• Wholesale sales experience is a strong plus

• Experience in food, snacks, retail, or consumer products is a plus

• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
