Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Simply Safer Premium Lawn Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer care primarily over the phone and also via email and other forms of electronic communication. The successful candidate is customer focused and thrives in fast-paced environment, multi-tasks extremely well and works well as part of a small team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service or similar roles.
- Strong customer support skills including: multi-line phone and web-based email
- Experience and proficiency in phone de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Email, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
