Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team at our practice in Milford, Holliston, and Hopkinton. Must be fluent in English and Portuguese and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. This position travels with the team to Milford, Hopkinton, and Holliston each week.
As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.
What you will be doing:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering phones with enthusiasm
- Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
- Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
- Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
- Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
- Keeping the reception area clean and orderly at all times
- Checking and verifying patients' insurance
- Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

What qualifications you bring:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- You have previous customer service experience, ideally in a dental office
- You are computer proficient
- You are professional
- You have a positive attitude and are a team player
- You are flexible and willing to help out as needed
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
