Qualifications
• Experience in content creation, social media management, brand strategy, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, viral content trends, and live commerce
• Experience creating high-performing short-form video content
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar editing platforms
• Strong creative direction and storytelling skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable being hands-on during shoots, campaigns, and live events
• Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
