Commercial Sales Representative (Seasonal)

Help Build Our Commercial Sales Division

Simply Lawn Care is a rapidly growing landscaping company on the North Shore. We've built a successful residential business, and now we're launching our commercial sales division.

We're looking for competitive, outgoing people who aren't afraid to hear "no" and are excited to build something from the ground up.

This isn't an office job. You won't be sitting behind a desk making cold calls.

You'll be out meeting business owners, property managers, and decision makers every day, introducing our company and setting appointments for our commercial sales team.

What You'll Do

• Prospect commercial properties throughout the North Shore.
• Knock on doors and introduce Simply Lawn Care to business owners and property managers.
• Build relationships with potential commercial customers.
• Generate qualified appointments for our commercial sales representative.
• Track your daily activity and results.
• Represent our company professionally in the field.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to walk throughout the day.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you our process. We care far more about your work ethic and attitude than your résumé.

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• Weekly performance commission bonuses
• $30/week gas stipend
• Company uniforms provided
• 30–40 hours per week

Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through bonuses.

This is a seasonal position focused on our commercial selling season.

Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to interview for a full-time Commercial Account Manager position as we continue growing our commercial division.
